Hello, and welcome to my website!  I hope you took a look around a little first, or you can do so after reading this.  I want to create a "symbiotic" relationship with YOU - that is, one that is of benefit to both of us.  As you will have seen and read, I am a professional designer, and I believe I can help you procure MORE jobs.  I know when contractors go out to bid a job, they are competing with other contractors - obviously, so a slight edge can put you ahead of the competition - I can be that edge for you.  Most contractors, not all of course, usually do a quick sketch, for the client, if that, and although your work will turn out beautiully, the client can't always visualize what you are talking about or sketching.  I can change that for you with my three dimentional CAD plans, I can even put the clients actual home into the plan for real visual impact. I can add in pools, spa's, just about anything you might want to add, and if you have any cad plans of a home, land, or even a patio cover or pool itself, I can drop those right into my plans for you and then just embellish with plantings etc. around them. 

 

My specialty is designing gardens with drought tolerant plantings, and I am extremely familiar with a wide variety of plants.  I am a 30 year resident to Temecula, so I'm quite familiar with the climate zones and what types of plants work well here, and more importantly, which dont!  So for those of you who know how to use CAD and do your own designs, I can implement "unique" plantings for your clients that you may not be familiar with, but they will love!

 

I can work for you directly, or the client, you decide.  Also, I quite often get my own clients who would like a plan done to start with (which I think is a very good place to start myself) and then they need a contractor - I refer contractors to my clients, especially those whom I've worked with previously.
